Logging In

I just came form my old XP pc, and i thought i recorded all the info i would
need to transfer my email over to my new vista pc. i took down the account,
server, protocol, and port. when i try to finish, it asks me to log in with a
username and password, and i have absolutley no idea what they are asking
for! i never had a username and password with my old outlook express (at
least not that i knew of).
does anybody know what this is? or how i can find out the username and
password?

All email accounts have a username and password. If they
didn't, anyone could download your mail. If you have forgotten
yours, call your service provider, Shaw Cable.
