went to check e-mail today, and it comes up 'error' and a log in box comes up
with spaces for username and password. never needed that before so why now,
and what the heck do I do now?? I have tried every username and password
combo there is. This is what comes up. Can anybody help me please.

It's asking for the credentials to access your Roadrunner email account.
If it worked before, and suddenly stopped working, the account in Windows
Mail may be corrupted.
You may have to delete the account in WM, close and restart WM, then
re-enter the account information.
It is also recommended to disable email scanning in your anti virus program.
