Logged on to my computer as an Administrator but this is not recog

I am trying to download Acrobat Readstep2. It won't let me. It gives me the
error message "must log on as an Administrator to install this product." I
have Windows XP Home version. I log into Windows XP as the Administrator but
apparently Acrobat does not recognize this or it wants me to log in to
Acrobat as an Administrator. However, I do not see a way to log in to
Acrobat. So, what do I do now? Please help. Thank you.

Boot to Safe Mode (F8 on restart)
Log on to the account named "Administrator."
Run the adobe reader setup.

Hey Trixi, I had the same problem with one of my upgrades and someone
suggested that I follow the directions in this article. This fixed my
problem, it will correct yours. . .
