I dont want to use microsoft outlook anymore, but all the email that were in
my account online are not there anymore. How do I get them back into my
account and how do I log out of outlook and never use it again? Any help
would be appreciated because I've been at this for hours and cant figure it
out.

Outlook? This newsgroup doesn't cover Outlook issues.
Try microsoft.public.outlook.general .

Unless you specifically set your e-mail client (Outlook, Windows Mail, etc)
to leave a copy of the e-mail message on the server then it will
automatically be deleted from your mail server (webmail) everytime your
e-mail client downloads it. To maintain your e-mail on the server you have
to go into your Account Properties/Advanced and set Delivery option to 'Leave
a copy on server'. To stop using your e-mail client (Outlook) just stop
opening it and instead sign on to your web mail server.
