Log On Screen

I have loaded Windows 2000 and would like to set a
password at the ctrl/alt/del screen for ALL users. How do
I do that? I don't want anyone to log on without me giving
them a password.

Thanks,

When you create a user as an administrator you give them a password then.
You can then configure their account to require them to change their
password at next logon so they can use a confidential password. You do this
in Computer Management/local users and groups. You can also use Local
Security policy [secpol.msc] to configure security settings/account
policies/password policy to set your password requirements such as maximum
password age and length. --- Steve
