Log Off Problems

I have three accounts on my PC (XP Pro) they have all been
up and running since about April 2004.
All have administrator privileges, however one of the accounts
now has a problem in the it can't log-off or switch user.
In fact ctrl alt del doesn't work and the only way is to power off
via the power button.

Is this a known problem and is there a fix ?
