Log in Password

I have a Dell Inspiron 2500 with Windows 2000
professional loaded. There has always been one user name
and one password that all users entered to get in to the
system. Suddenly it is not working. How dow I get
through the password screen?
 
Hi,

Make sure that your keyboard is working properly. For star you could enter
password under "Username:" window to see if it is displayed correctly (e.g.
shift key is not stuck).
Windows passwords are case sensitive. If you set password "LA is a great
city!" but because of e.g. stuck shift key you are now entering "la IS A
GREAT CITY1" you won't be allowed into computer.

You could also try to replace a keyboard and try again.
