Log DNS usage?

We use w2k server DNS in our domain and are trying to setup detailed
logging.

Is it possible to have DNS log information such as

user IP
site lookup (eg. www.youtube.ie)
ip address returned (eg youtubes IP)
Any more info (the more detailed the better)

We've enabled all the tick boxes under DNS logging as a test but still get
no useful info in the logs.

Is it even possible? Any help you can provide would be really appreciated.

Not sure, but if you're trying to see what your users are up to on the
internet, this isn't the way to go - you need a proxy server / ISA /
whatnot.
