Lockup problem

B

Brian Arnett

I have Microsoft office outlook 2007 (12.0.6300.5000) SP1 MSO
(12.0.6213.1000) Have had it for about a year now with no problems. For
about the last week or so, it locks up and stops responding. It happens all
the time. I do not believe I have done anything for this to happen. Does
anyone have any suggestions.

Thanks, Brian

Suggest posting the precise steps to reproduce this problem. Your notion
that this just happens all by itself for no reason is implausible. Include
important information such as error messages and Event viewer information.

The precise step are I open outlook, and start to use it, I.E read email, or
send email. It locks up. I get no errors, it just locks up.

Never seen it. Now you have the information you need to start exploring the
KB or to call support. You'll also need to identify what changes you made to
your system before the problem started, clarify what you mean by "lockup,"
and what actions cause the problem. If you mean a screen freeze, start
looking at your video drivers.
