Locking USB access HELP

I need to disable the ability to allow users to attach a
USB flash drive to windows 2000 systems without using
the "hot glue gun" method.

The only secure method I know of is to disable USB in cmos and password protect cmos
settings and lock the case. Of course you will not be able to use any USB on the
computer them. There are also third party programs that may help. --- Steve
