Our pc keeps locking up when we go on-line, it happens after approx 15 mins and freezes completely. The only way to get out is to re-start the pc, cntl>alt>del does not work, we are running XP, with 256mb ram and a 2.6 athlon, using AOL as isp

Any assistance greatly appreciate

Jules, don't put your email address in a Usenet or messageboard posting.
It will get harvested by spambots and you'll get tons of spam. The
first troubleshooting to do for your problem is to scan with a current
antivirus ("current" means a version not earlier than 2002 but using
updated virus definitions). Then remove spyware with Spybot Search &
Destroy (www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com). Be
sure to update these programs before running, and it is a good idea to
do virus/spyware scans in Safe Mode. When you know your system is
clean, if the problem persists, please repost and include what you've
already done to troubleshoot the problem.
