I posted a question further down, I was wondering how I
can officially lock "every" key on my keyboard. You see,
I am a college student and my room mate contiually messes
with my computer as a joke. I am tierd of him attempting
to logon, messing with my volume, and contrast. I am
looking for a program or method ;to turn off what the
function key activates on my computer, but only when turn
it off when i want it to, ie when the screen is locked.
He loves to turn the volume all the way up and to try to
blow my darn speakers. I have enabled all the security
possoible, like boot passwords and all that b/c he tried
doing the safe mode change every password on your
computer trick. So as I said before, I am on a laptop,
and I need a way to diable the keyboard's FN key that
activates the blue secondary functions of keys. I have
tried progs that are supposed to lock the leyboard, but
none of them lock the fn key. So if anyone knows of a
program or way to fix the problem other than beating up
my room mate, please let me know, thanks.
