I made a header in row 5, I would like to lock it in place so when I scroll
down I can read the header.

Below row 4 and above row 6.

Is this Excel or FrontPage?
For Excel, suggest post to an Excel newsgroup - but try placing the
cursor in cell A5 and using Window->Freeze Frame

For a FrontPage table, one solution is to place the first 5 rows in
one table, then place an Iframe under that table (use nested tables to
align) which loads another page containing the rest of the rows.
Alignment may be tricky.

try an EXCEL newsgroup as that is what you seem to be talking about.
