Locking Desktop Icons

XP-Pro SP1

Every now and then, opening an application or just "doing something" on
the desktop will cause a line of icons at the bottom to go to the top
and everything else shifts down one line, most annoying auto-rearrangement.

Desktop arrange "Lock Web Items On Desktop" has no effect on this problem.

Comments? Help? Workaround?

You're welcome.

If too many applications are open, Icon Restore may not restore the icon locations until you
close some of them.
