Locked

One of the folders on my computer has something terribly
wrong with it...
all the files innit according to Adobe Photoshop 5.0
are "locked" and it ses acces denied whenever i try to do
anything to them (ie, delete them, copy them, rename
them).

And when i go through command prompt it cannot find
them...

how do i fix this problem??

Is the directory (folder) encrypted with EFS (only possible if you have
xp pro, or 2k (but this is an xp newsgroup so I'm assuming you have xp in
some form))? If this isn't the case, reboot into safe mode (F8 during boot)
and logon as administrator and try to access them that way.

Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/View/Unmark "Use Simple File Sharing".
Right click the folder/file in
question/Properties/Security/Advanced/Owner/Set Permissions.
