Locked out of Windows XP

Would anyone happen to know if they can help me login to
Windows XP. I have a laptop and someone changed the
passwords for my account and admin on it. I do not know
how to get into it and I do not have the CD's to redo the
operating systems. Plus I really don't want to lose my
files on it. Please if anyone can help I would be most
appreciative. Thank you.

it is strange that you allowed someone to change the password on ur
laptop without realising the gravity of the situation.

How do you know that she allowed them to do this?
