Locked out of My Documents

I hope someone can help, i have somehow managed to lock myself out of My
Documents by this i mean that i can still see whats in the folder but i cant
delete or move anything in or out of it, it comes up with an error saying
'its on a locked disk or i do not have permission to access it' does anyone
know wot i may have done as i cannot access ITunes anymore. Plz help (im not
very experienced with computers) Thanx
