locked out of database

I have secured myself out of my database! Although I am
the administrator and the owner of all the objects I get
the message as follows

you do not have the necessary permissions to use the
\\securitytest.mdb object. Have your system administrator
or the person who created this object establish the
appropriate permissions for you.

It sends up the message before any user logons or
passwords.
How do I get in to this to get it fixed?

I did remove Admin user from the admins group as
instructed in the security FAQ.

I am really stuffed if I cannot get this sorted. Can
anyone help??

Try creating a shortcut to the database and then open the
shortcut. This is the only way I can access my secured
databases.
