Try clicking F8 repeatedly while your PC is booting up and hopefully you will be able to sign in as the Administrator in Safe Mode.
From there you can adjust/cancel/create accounts.
What system are you using, 98, ME, XP?

I am the only one using my computer. Somehow, I got log in as a Guest. How can I repair my Accounts? I am locked out of doing anything.
