Locked File

I have installed WinXP and many new programs. I changed my user account from
an Administrator to a limited user one. Now my problem is some of my
programs will not run. I get a message saying the the program can not
initilize, file is LOCKED. How do I unlock it. If I change my account back
to Administrator the program runs fine.

You have answered your own question. Some applications will only run if they
have access to all resources. This especially applies to games. There
probably isn't anything you can do about it.
