I'm sorry, but you'll have to provide more details if you want help. It
isn't clear what you mean by "computer is locked".

what they are refering to is her 30 day period has expired
after installing it and she either has to activate or
uninstall and revert to a previous operating system

can go to support.microsoft.com and in the search field
type in uninstall windows xp and it will tell you how to
uninstall
