I used to have a windows NT 4 domain and upgraded to
windows 2000 and Active Directory. I don't have a locked
account policy, but my users's account get locked
frequently. Any ideas on what's happening?

Thank you,

Ed

Run the "net accounts" command on a domain controller to see what the
account lockout policy is set to. You might have the "number of incorrect
passwords allowed before lockout" set very low, maybe even to 1. Most
companies set this to a minimum of 3, and many set it to 7 or 8.
