I want to lock down everything so that the only thing that a user can see is
my application on the desktop. He shouldn't even see any folders. Maybe just
one folder, where he can save the results.

Is it possibe to do this easily?

you must use a combination of the gp and the security policy editors. i
am guessing that you have xp pro? if you have home, i don't think that
you can quite do what you want. gpedit.msc is the gpeditor and you can
right click the files and folders go to properties and then the
security tab. you can further edit what that person has on his/her
desktop using the documents and setting profile folder.
