Lockdown W2k Pro locally...

Tony

I have a w2k Pro SP4 that is running in an AD domain that I need to lockdown
for a specific user, when he is locked on locally.

My first idea was to lock it down with Local GPO, but I can find a way to do
that for just one specific user. Please Help ME!!!

Best regards

You can apply a GPO to the OU that the computer is in and then filter the
policy so that the policy only applies to that user. To filter a policy see

Sorry, I didn't explain my self clearly... But the machine is off the
network and placed at an exhibition, the user is locked in locally with no
access to the DC... So i think it needs to be configured locally...?

The job is to lockdown the workstation so the visitors at the exhibition can
't use anything else than the program that is running, but the owner off the
workstation needs to be able to logon with his own user account and access
his normal programs.

Best regards
