Run RegEdit and look for:- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer There will probably be a DWord there called:- LockTaskBar with a value of 1 Either delete this DWord or change it to 0 (zero)
