Location of User.dat

I have used TweakUi to change the values of "special folders" for a multi user
set up on a laptop with XP pro. I want to get all the "user" files onto a
separate partition away from the boot partition. (D:\Documents and
Settings\%user%\.....)

How do I get to change the location of the user.dat for each user to reside
under the new directory tree?

To relocate the special folders for each user profile:
Reset the Shell Folders paths to defaults:
