Location of msado15.dll and msadox.dll

I have Windows 2000. I have installed MDAC 2.8

msado15.dll and msadox.dll are both located in C:program Files\Common
Files\System\ado

I am trying to build a setup package to distribute my applcation. I include
those dlls and direct them to the same location. But the recipients have
Windows XP, and upon opening the application after doing the install, they
keep getting messages about broken references to msado15.dll.

Where whould these files go on XP?

Hi Bill

That is also the correct location for Windows XP.

Are you sure you are registering the dlls?

Also, if your application is using ADO then there is a lot more to it than
just those two dlls. You should include the entire MDAC installation in
your setup package.
