location of dial up networking for windows 2000 xp

I am not familiar with 2000 xp yet and need to find DIAL
UP NETWORKING, as it does not show up in MY COMPUTER as I
expected.
 
Click Start | Run | and type "ncpa.cpl"
Network Connections folder will open which lists all the dial-up
connections.
