Location of Contacts

I have a CRM program that will allow me to export data right into Outlook.
It asks me for the file location of the contacts folder ie, Personal
Folders\Contacts. However, I don't know where that folder would be with
Exchange, does anyone know?

There is no such folder with Exchange. There is only your mailbox on
Exchange Server.
How do you know your CRM supports Exchange?

I don't think it is support by my CRM, am I able to create a Personal
Folders\Contacts folder in Outlook and copy them over to the folder that will
sync with my PDA? (I am totally unfamiliar with Exchange). Thanks.

You can if your Exchange administrator allows you to. Most wouldn't, for
good reason.
