locally stored profile error message when i turn puter on :

hi when i turn my computer i get this message...::::Windows cannot load the
locally stored profile. Possible causes of this error include insufficient
security rights or a corrupt local profile. If this problem persists, contact
your network administrator.
then it says that i will be logged on temp profile and anything i save will
be deleted when i log off .can anyone help me with this?

boot to safe mode logon as administrator and create a new account, then copy
your data from the old account to the new account.
