local user unable load Citrix client

I have a few user that need to be able load citrix client
with the standard user group. citrix loads fine for them
when they are members of the poweruser group. Is there a
way to give them power user rights just for citrix ????

you may want to try NeoExec (www.neovalens.com) that allows you to execute
selected apps with elevated privileges. if you feel brave you may want to
investigate why the Citrix client does not load by monitoring the registry
and file system access with regmon and filemon from www.sysinternals.com

if some reg keys & files are involved you can change the NTFS permissions on
them but beware that the permission will apply to the user and therefore any
app he/she will run, inlcuding malware.
