Local to Roaming Profile

Hi,

I was trying to transfer all my local profiles to a new
serveras to make them roaming profiles, but each time i
try to do so, i only manage to log into the first profile
that i transfered. the rest will give me error messages
such as Accessed Denied, and Cannot Create File when the
file already existed. I don't get the same problem with
the first profile that i transfered.
an example of what i did:

Create Sales1, Sales2 and Sales3 account on server
without specifying profile path. Log in to the account on
a XP machine. use Copy To to copy profile to server.
after i did the Copy To, Sales2 and Sales3 couldn't log
in as roaming profile whereas i'm able to with Sales1.

Better option - set up the right roaming profile path on the server, and
then have the users log into the server once from their usual workstations
(using the desired profile). Then log out. Presuming there are no
path/permission/connectivity problems, the profile will be copied up to the
server, and will show up as "roaming" in the workstation.
