Local Security Policy

I have made changes to Local Security Policy, so I now as
Admin can't go back and start mmc to redo those changes. I
set restrictions on changing Local Security Policy.
This was done when I was logged on local on computer.

Anyone?

Have you tried to log in as domain admin? I think you
should be able to restore those changes you made.

Yes, I have tried that. Looks like that comp is not
affected by domain policies, although I have checked it is
a domain member, and DNS is right.

Can you see the optins in the console? It could be you
have saved it in user mode, and forgot to put an author
mode for yourself, if that is the case, am afraid you will
have to create another one.
