Local Mandatory Profile deletes automatically on reboot

Hello, i have an issue where the locally cached mandatory profile will be
deleted everytime the machine is rebooted. Is there a way to stop this from
happening as it takes too long for the client machines to download the
profile again everytime the machine is rebooted. The OS specs are Windows XP
SP1.

Thanks for the reply, but i am fully aware of how to create mandatory
profiles, and have followed the link you have supplied. The issue i have is
that the mandatory profiles are being deleted everytime the machine is
rebooted. Is this by design for Windows XP or is there something wrong here?
