local drives problem on ica32 clients

hello,

i'm working in domain 2000 and i have a citrix server installed in 2000 server.

can enyone tell me how i can recieve back the local drives of my citrix users.
network drives exists and also if i gave some user administrator permision in local server it works and all the local drives exists.
also if i click on start-run-cmd,the home folder shows.(without the administrator permision).

it all hapened two days ago when my citrix server recieved event id 1000 resource-userenv and i allready solved the problem.
