I have an XP professional at work to which I am remotely
connecting and have turned on local resources (disk
drives & printers) on my XP at home. However, the disks
and printer at home do not mount to my computer at work.
I made sure I have checked the boxes (Local resources in
Remote Desktop Connection) with no success. Are there any
other settings I need to set for the remote disks and
printers to show on my work computer?

Depending on the configuration of your office network, access to
redirected resources may be limited by Group policy due to security
implications. Talk to your IT department to see if they are using
such a group policy...
