local device name already in use

W2K workstation saving files up to Nas device on network
continually gets error message...
Error occurred while reconnecting to H:\\nas\files
Microsoft Windows Network: local device name is already
in use
This connection has not been restored.

Why is that occurring? How do I correct that?
 
Sounds like it but there really is no login script mapping
it. Any other ideas?
 
disconnect all network drives and reboot. See what errors
you get. Then look for an H: under "My Computer".
