Alternate, Right Click "My Computer", left click Properties. When
the details box opens click Advanced (TAB). Use the Environment
Variables box. In the lower section ( System Variables ) scroll down
the list until you locate "Path". Examine the string for the two
entries
I mentioned in earlier posts.
Can't get to command window. The Opens with windows opens

Cmd window is correct, you need to left click inside of it to give
it
focus and then enter the command Path and press Enter to execute.
Single partition - OK, then you're not dealing with drive letter as
a
possible reason for the apps to fail to launch.
When I click start, run and type cmd a windows opens Open with.

Verify in the returned string that both C:\Windows &
C:\Windows\System32
are shown.
Does your system make use of more than a single partition/volume

All apps. When I try to open word or excel I get app not
found.
When I
try
to open AVG for exapmple I get an open with window. I can
access the
internet
and get to network folders, it's just the apps that don't work.

operation
is
the Path environment variable which includes \Windows +
\Windows\System32.
Are these "Broken" links Windows native apps or 3rd party ?
Hi, need some direction please. When I turn on my pc and try
