Loadlibrary fail 126 on video cap card

I can't seem to use my Brooktree video capture card
using XP. It ran fine with "98" but I get a bt848 error
plus a load library 126 error as well. I have downloaded
several versions of the 848 driver but still get the
dreaded 126 failure. Please help if you can!
