loading your personal settings...

I have a computer running XP Home with SP2. I have 4 logins setup on the
welcome screen. Two of the logins work just fine. Two others will not get
past the "loading your personal settings" after clicking that users login. I
can not ctrl-alt-del. The only way out is to pull the power from the unit.
Any ideas??

I recently updated to the latest version of NAV 2005, and I have even
stopped it from starting up to no avail. What should I check, look for, ...?

A newer and better operating system perhaps?

You're in the wrong group. We actually try to help Windows users with
their problems. Scootle on over to c.o.l.a - you'll feel right at home.
