"Loading your personal settings" takes a long time(about 5 minute) , Why?

I found that most of your questions are about to "Speed".
What about your hardware?? CPU, RAM size???

I have the VIA C3 900Mhz and 1GHz. There is a QFE that fixes some issues
with the VIA chipset. Although I have seen a long login process, I have not
seen the system take 5Minutes. Have you installed the QFE for the VIA
chipset?

Hi all

I have seen this problem with
missing network adapter (no driver)
Then the system is going through many
network timeouts.
