loading xp professional

I recently purchased a laptop without an os I have a new
xp professional to load While attempting to load the
program I had a power interruption and now all I get when
I try to boot the program is a screen stating that there
was "error loading the operating system' How can I resume
the loading?

You never finished anyways and you have nothing to lose.
