Please help with this problem. After the Windows(XP Home) screen loads, it
goes to a screen with a box. The box has Coded symbols in its menu bar and a
few more codes in its message area. It has a X and an OK. If we click X
nothing happens, if we do nothing for about 1 or 2 minutes, it loads to
desktop, if we click OK, it goes away and loads into desktop. How do I
correct this?? Please, explain as I am an Advanced beginner.
