loading win 2000

could you tell me how to load windows 2000 on a pc with
windows xp pro already loaded on it.
i have both cds but it will not allow me to downgrade to
2000
any solutions
 
You cannot downgrade an o/s, either install so you get a dual boot sys or
format/install

You must repartition you HARD DRIVE (Meaning to

COMPLETELY CLEAR) the load in dos and then install 2000
