Loading profile at startup

I'm having problem with xp startup (PC at work).
After entering the password, it takes around 10 MINUTES to load the user
configuration!!! I don't know why it takes that long! Will it happen if
there are many programs installed?
Anyone knows how to shorten the loading time?

Get your Administrator to check your DNS Setting on your PC. Chances are
they are incorrect.
