Loading personal settings bar comes up it just sits there for a minute or

nothing ahppens for another 1minute 30 seconds. If anyone knows how to solve
this issue i wouold gladly appreciate it.

Are you sure you need lexmark tools, memory card manager and nvidia manager

Make sure you have no Spyware (links on the bottom of the page

See what you get

If not, Right click My Computer and select Manage
Expand Event Manager on the left, and look for errors

Many of us here where I work experience the same problem. We are running up to date and virus free Windows 2000 and Windows XP pro. Our computers are on a lan with internet access. The W2000 computer on my desk (1.5 Ghz, 512 Mb memory) works reasonably, but if I logon to another computer on the network (using my same login group and name) it takes about 5 minutes for it to "load my personal settings", whatever that means. I might expect it to be slow the first time it does this (loads my settings accross the network) but it take five minutes every time I log onto that machine. A 30 second delay is unacceptable, 1.5 to five minutes is rediculous.
