loading new software

I just tried to load two new software programs today. In
both cases, the "autorun" functioned but after
the "language" request (English) was entered, the End
User License Agreement appeared but with rather large
fonts and the "accept" and "decline" buttons appeared in
the middle of the agreement and did not allow an "enter"
for either. At this point, not only can't the software
be loaded but the boxes for the agreement can't be closed
and the cdrom drive won't open to release the cd. I know
the software cds are okay (checked them in another
computer). Thanks for the help.

Right click a blank spot on the desktop choose Properties, click the
Settings tab, click the Advanced button. On the first page (General)
make sure that " Small fonts (Normal size 96 dpi)" is chosen in the Font
Size drop down window. If you need to change it to that make sure you
click Apply, then OK.
