loading game error

the game i am talking about is a shockwave version its on
soulsearch net its slot machine in the big game hunter and
every time i try to play it saids error loading game
setting 4836 please help

Have you removed and reinstalled shockwave?

i tryed taking shockwave off and putting it back on by

going into add and remove but it still does the same thing
please help
