load software

I am using XP Pro and am able to load Solidworks 2004.
When I open Solidworks 1st time it asks to accept the
"aggreement". I say yes. Close down.
When I open again the "agreement" comes up again & I ve
lost all my settings in Solidworks. It keeps on opening
like a new installation all the time.
Solidworks says its a "Windows" thing. Any help?

Logoff as yourself. Logon as the Administrator. Open Solidworks 2004 and
accept the agreement. Logoff as the Administrator. Logon as yourself. Open
Solidworks and see if it's now gone.

Only an Administrator can correctly accept the agreement... and some
software is very fussy as exactly who the Administrator is.
