Load program at boot

I have Secunia PSI installed on my laptop. When I boot Vista prevents
this program from loading. How do I force Vista to load this program
at boot

There is no reason for this program to be running at startup. Every software
manufacturer thinks their software is so important that it must run all the
time. That is why many computers are so slow.

I run this program about once every 7 days or so and feel that is enough.
